Spinach Artichoke Dip

This warm, cheesy artichoke dip is great with pita chips or crudités, making it a deceptively simple appetizer and an all-around crowd pleaser.


1 ½ Tbsp (30 mL) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Garlic Clove
3 cups (480 grams) Artichoke Hearts, jarred or canned
10 cups (454 grams) Baby Spinach, tightly packed
8 ounces (226 grams) Cream Cheese
3 ½ ounces (90 grams) Parmesan, grated
1 ½ (180 grams) Mozzarella, shredded
2 tsp (6 grams) Kosher Salt
40 turns Black Pepper, freshly cracked
¼ tsp (0.4 grams) Cayenne Pepper
¾ (200 grams) Sour Cream
