Went mushroom hunting in Oregon and brought home some beautiful wild mushrooms. Here I made a risotto with shrimp and lobster mushrooms (free form after first learning a risotto dish through the HC app).

5 out of 5 Temperature Control

    Mark K.

I love control mode. It’s not just turning a knob and hoping the temperature is close. The Cue keeps it at the temperature you choose.

5 out of 5 Manila Clams with Chorizo. Wish we had smell-o-vision. So good!

    JBirder

I’ve waited for this all week ever since I read about the Cue chef recipes for Feast Portland. Manila Clams with Chorizo from Chef Elias Cairo. I don’t know who was more excited for this — me or my seafood loving family. Thanks for making me look like a chef even though I’ve never made fresh clams before in my life!

I’m never buying store-bought tortilla chips again. Hestan Cue makes it so easy to cook a batch of warm tortilla chips any time I’m in the mood. Frying is so easy with the automatic temperature control. Taco Tuesday just got more delicious!

5 out of 5 Great for feeding a crowd

    Sophia

I’ve been using the Cue pan and really loving the results! The Chef’s Pot has all the same great features but allows me to cook in larger volumes which is perfect for feeding my family of four. I’ve been making large batches of soups, stews, and sauces and freezing them in individual portions which is perfect for my busy schedule.

5 out of 5 Chef's Pot - takes my Cue from awesome to indispensable

    Kit Rudd

As an enthusiastic Cue owner and home cook, I’ve enjoyed preparing everything from steak, roasted halibut, shrimp scampi, caramel sauce, roasted corn and more. But the Chef’s Pot really takes the Cue to the level of indispensable kitchen appliance. This time of year, with vegetable harvest in full swing and fresh fruits in abundance, I’m doing a LOT of home preserving. The chef’s pot allows me to process a three pound batch of apples into fresh and healthy pectin stock for use in a variety of jams. Goodbye to processed, commercial pectin and hello to fresh and delicious peach, strawberry and cherry jams – made in my Cue chef’s pot of course! And that’s just the start, as the 5 1/2 quart capacity allows us to size up some of favorite Cue meals from the chef’s pan and have enough dinner to share with others. Oh, and the pot LOOKS good too. Finally, the pot is breeze to clean with Hestan’s stainless cleaner. A few drops is all I need to keep the chef’s pot looking brand new. Thanks Hestan for this great addition to the Cue family!
