3 Tbsp (42 grams) Unsalted Butter
¼ cup (55 mL) Heavy Cream
¼ cup (49 mL) Marsala Wine
2 sprigs Thyme
½ tsp (2.5 mL) Sherry Vinegar
2 tsp (4.8 grams) Parsley, finely chopped
4 Tbsp (56 grams) Unsalted Butter
