3 Tbsp (44 grams) Maple Syrup
½ tsp (1 gram) Ground Cinnamon
½ tsp (1.5 grams) Kosher Salt
1 ⅓ cup (314 mL) Water
3 Tbsp (15 grams) Coconut Oil
5 Medium Yams
4 tsp (12 grams) Kosher Salt
1 can Coconut Milk
