For the Marinade: 1 Tbsp (10 mL) Lime Juice 1 ½ tsp (3 grams) ground Cumin ¼ tsp (0.5 grams) Cayenne Pepper 1 tsp (3 grams) Chili Powder 1 Garlic Clove Kosher Salt (as needed) Black Pepper, freshly cracked (as needed) For the Fajitas: 1 lb.
