For the Salad: 1 ½ cup (270 grams) quinoa 2 ¼ cup (530 mL) Water ¼ cup (40 grams) Pickled Red Onions ⅓ cup (47 grams) Pistachio, toasted 2 Satsuma Mandarins 1 ½ cup (60 grams) Swiss Chard 1 bunch Parsley 1 ½  bunch Chives ¾ bunch Chervil (optional) 1 bunch Tarragon (optional) 1 oz.
