We've heard many requests from our community for more quick and easy recipes and we're happy to share that we've introduced a new collection of quick, convenient and easy-to-make recipes for every night of the week.

We've just introduced NEW simple, convenient recipes in the Hestan Cue app to make it easier to plan your weekday meals and find quick dishes to serve up during your busy week.

The precise time and temperature control you get with the Cue's induction cooking system enables you to cook super-simple dishes made with minimal ingredients–without any added stress!

Here's a sneak peek of a few new dishes you can whip up in minutes:

Pan Seared Salmon (2 servings)

  • 2 – 5 oz Salmon Filets (skin & pin bones removed)
  • 2 Tbsp Canola Oil (or substitute your preferred high temp oil like Avocado or Grape-seed)
  • Kosher Salt - as needed
  • 1 Sprig Thyme (optional)
  • 1 Clove Garlic Skin On & Crushed (optional)














Directions

  1. Place your salmon on a flat surface and measure the thickest part. It's important to measure accurately so your Cue can determine the appropriate cook time.
  2. Select how do you like your salmon cooked, medium rare, medium or well done?
  3. Hestan Cue will preheat the pan to prepare your food exactly how you like it according to your preferred level of doneness and the measured thickness.
  4. Follow along with the recipe in the Hestan Cue app to get perfect results in minutes!
  5. Add the canola oil. Tilt the pan to coat evenly.
  6. Season the salmon. Generously season both sides of the salmon with kosher salt.
  7. Add the salmon.
  8. Cue is searing the salmon at 435 temp.
  9. Cue is cooking the salmon at 400 temp.
  10. Flip the salmon carefully using a fish spatula.
  11. Add the garlic & thyme. (optional)
  12. Cue is cooking the salmon at 375.
  13. Baste the salmon. Spoon the aromatic oil over the filet every 20 seconds.
  14. Remove the salmon and serve as desired.

Sautéed Broccoli (2 servings)

  • 1 Tbsp Canola Oil (or substitute your preferred high temp oil like Avocado or Grape-seed)
  • 1 Head Broccoli
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 2 turns Black Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Chili Flakes (optional)















 Directions

  1. Prepare the broccoli: After removing the stalk, cut the broccoli into small florets (about the size of a quarter)
  2. Place the Hestan Cue Smart Pan on the Hestan Cue Smart Induction Burner.
  3. Cue preheats the pan.
  4. Add the canola oil. Tilt the pan to coat evenly.
  5. Add the Broccoli.
  6. Sautee the broccoli at 400 degrees for 2  1/2 minutes.  Stir occasionally.
  7. Season the broccoli with kosher salt, pepper, and chili flakes (optional).
  8. Remove the broccoli.
  9. Serve as desired. 

Pan Roasted Carrots (2 servings)

  • 1 tbsp Canola Oil (or substitute your preferred high temp oil like Avocado or Grape-seed)
  • 8-10 Thin Carrots
  • Kosher Salt (as needed)
















Directions

  1. Prepare the carrots: peel the carrots and trim the tips. Leave them whole unless they are larger than ½ inch in diameter, then split them in half lengthwise to ensure they are evenly cooked.
  2. Season the carrots: toss the carrots with some of the canola oil and salt. Add your favorite seasoning to the carrots.
  3. Place the Hestan Cue Smart Pan on the Hestan Cue Smart Induction Burner.
  4. Cue preheats the pan.
  5. Add the canola oil. Tilt the pan to coat evenly.
  6. Add the carrots.
  7. Cue is roasting the carrots at 400 degrees for 4 minutes.
  8. Flip the carrots.
  9. Cue is finishing roasting the carrots at 400 degrees for 4 minutes.
  10. Serve as desired.

Simple Quinoa (4 servings)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Quinoa
  • 1 1/2 cups Water

Directions

  1. Place the Hestan Cue Smart Pan on the Hestan Cue Smart Induction Burner.
  2. Add the quinoa and water in the pot. Make sure all the quinoa is under the water or at least coasted in water.
  3. Place the lid on the pot.
  4. Cue is bringing the quinoa to a simmer.
  5. Cue is cooking the quinoa at 215 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  6. Remove the quinoa and serve as desired.
