1 cup (200 grams) Granulated Sugar 3 Eggs 1 ½ Tbsp. (10 grams) Lemon Zest, from about 3 lemons ½ cup (140 mL) Lemon Juice 1 cup (228 grams) Unsalted Butter ½ Tbsp. (5 grams) Powdered Gelatin 2 Tbsp.
