Cauliflower "couscous" is a gluten-free alternative to the classic pasta. Healthy without sacrificing flavor, our version colorfully includes almonds, raisins, yam and parsley though you can add crumbled cheese, as well as other nuts and herbs to tailor this dish to your palate. Ingredients: 2 cup (340 grams) Cauliflower, cut into small florets 1 cup (125 grams) Yam ¼ cup (25 grams) Sliced Almonds, toasted 1 Tbsp (13 mL) Lemon Juice 1 Tbsp (10 grams) Parsley Leaves 1 Tbsp (12 mL) Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp (3 grams) Kosher Salt ¼ cup (42.5 grams) Golden Raisins     The complete recipe, with video-guided instructions and automatic temperature control, is available when using the Hestan Cue app with Hestan Cue cookware.
